With the move to Level 1, we are pleased to be able to invite you to join us for our first Wellesley Insights Evening for 2020 on Thursday 25th June 7pm-8.30pm.   

We have been able to secure Toni Duder and her team from New Zealand Family Planning, to outline and share the Navigating the Journey: Sexuality Education Programme, that we run, as part of our Health and Wellbeing curriculum
This programme is being taught from Years 1 – 8 and covers a range of topics, under the following themes:

• Theme 1 – Establishing a positive learning environment: Te whakarite i tētahi ao ako huapai
• Theme 2 – Who am I? Ko wai au?
• Theme 3 – Relationships: Ngā whanaungatanga
• Theme 4 – Growing and changing: Te tipu me te huri o te tangata
• Theme 5 – Staying safe: Te noho haumaru.

Our Insights Evening will provide parents with an overview of the programme, the content it encompasses, as well as an opportunity to ask questions.
