How to Pay My School Fees

Because we appreciate that everyone’s lives are becoming increasingly busy, our aim, at Wellesley, is to continue embracing technology which makes information accessible while maintaining privacy, security and ease of use for our parent community.

We’re pleased to offer Wellesley parents the ability to pay for school fees online via the Edge Portal which gives Caregivers immediate access to all of their child’s/children’s data in Edge. This includes, but is not limited to, making school payments.

First,  caregivers must create an account by providing Wellesley, via email, with a valid email address so the school can set up the access for the caregiver. The Student needs to be currently attending the school. 

Once the School has set you up, you are able to pay fees through the Caregiver/Parent Portal.  First time logins; enter the email address you supplied to the school, click on forgot password.  You will receive an email with a link to re-set your password, once this has been done you will be able to login to the portal. 

Either of these options will then allow you to pay by bank transfer (via POLI) or by credit card (visa or mastercard).  Payment by credit card will incur an additional fee of 2.26% of the amount being paid.


When you access the payment option you choose, you have the option to pick the items you choose to pay.  Should you wish to pay part of an item, you will need to leave your finger on the item to open up the option for part payment.
