#keepingintouch: News from 2012 ‘Gapper’, Luke Jones

06 April 2019

Former ‘Gapper’, Luke Jones, studies Design in Italy

The Development Foundation Office recently received an email from Luke Jones who was the gap student (‘gapper’) from the UK at Wellesley from July 2012 – July 2013.

After leaving Wellesley, Luke returned to the UK and studied industrial design at Loughborough University, London.   He has recently completed his Masters in Interior & Living Space Design in Milan, Italy.

Sounds like Luke had a wonderful time studying and living in Milan.  Whilst there, he also managed to reconnect with his NZ host family who now reside in Italy.  He is now back in London applying for jobs in his field of interior architecture.

It is always wonderful to hear from our former gappers and we look forward to staying in touch.
